On 26th of March 2022, His Excellency, Mr. Amrit Lugun, Ambassador of the Republic of India in Hellenic Republic, paid a visit in the premises of the under construction new International Airport of Heraklion in Crete (IAHC).

During his visit Mr Ambassador had the chance to be briefed by the Construction Directors of TERNA and representatives of the Airport Company (IAHC) about the significant progress of the project.

The briefing was followed by a site visit where the airside, the landside and overall construction site development were presented to Mr Ambassador.

It was a great honor to welcome Mr Ambassador while his visit was one more sign of the strong ties and the cooperation that exists between the Greek State and the private Greek and Indian investors.
